• Why is staying at Gateway Villas better?

  Gateway Villas offer more freedom, privacy and a personalized service. Your unit comes with a kitchen, which is fully equipped, which makes it far easier to make a great but inexpensive meal, unlike the every day eating out. We encourage you to be economical and you are not just another room number to us.

• Are there any excursions/tours available

  We provide a variety of full day,half day and evening excursions. Some are horseback riding,snorkling,helicopter rides,rainforest walks,catamaran day sails,whale watching,turtle watching,diving,sunset party cruise,martinique day trip,grenadine islands day sail and lot more to make your holiday a life-long memory.

• What kind of villas can I choose from?

  It all depends on the number of persons traveling. The more bedrooms a villa has, the more spacious it is. Our staff is available to give you advice or help you in choosing the unit that is right for you in Saint Lucia. We provide studios, one bedrooms with/without plunge pools, Two bedrooms with/without plunge pools and three bedroom villas with/without plunge pools. We offer garden and hilltop villas.

• How comfortable are these villas?

  All the villas are modern designed with all necessities for your holiday. They have all air-conditioned bedrooms, private terrace, kitchen area,living room, free cablevision and telephone service.

• What about the house staff?

  Our staff is very helpful. To show that we appreciate your stay with us, we have a short discussion with you upon arrival to let you know of our best restaurants, the fun tours and the shopping centers. Our housekeeper will provide you with a clean service when she is needed.

• Tell me more about transportation (Car rentals etc.)

  We do have a small fleet of vehicles for hire on property but we are also contracted with some car hire companies at a discount only for persons staying at Gateway Villas,gatepark. You can arrange for a vehicle at your convenience. A number of taxi drivers are contracted with us so that makes it easier than having to search for a reliable taxi.

• What kind of service can I expect from your company?

  You can expect a professional and yet down to earth service where our aim is to get you to feel as comfortable as possible. We will guide you to having an unforgettable experience.

• How much does it cost to rent a private villa?

  Our prices range from as low as $U.S 45 per day for a studio with kitchenette - $U.S 120 per day for a two bedroom unit. Please refer to our Rates page as rates are seasonal.

• What extras do I have to pay in a villa?

  There are no extra fees,only a small tax charge of 5%. However we do offer additional services which are all optional. A small fee of $20 U.S per day for maid service on whichever day required. We offer a start-up food package, which is $40 U.S. There is a pickup and drop off fee, We will let you know of the fee, as it depends on which airport you are coming from and going to.

• When should I make my reservation?

  As booking early is always the best policy, you can make your reservation as soon as you decide what unit is ideal for you. Reservation can be done by telephone, fax, email or through our secure reservation booking page online. We keep in touch with you even prior to your arrival.

• How far is the beach?

  We are 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive from the lovely mile long beach,Pigeon Island. You can actually view the ocean from our caribbean Hilltop villas. On this beach there is an Historical Park and a Museum. There is also a large pool with a kid's size on property,so children from all ages are welcomed .

• How far are Shops and Malls?

  We are 5 minutes drive away from the happening location, Rodney Bay where you will find shopping malls,banks,restaurants, great nightlife and other beaches.

• Airports

  We are 15-20 minutes drive away from George F.L.Charles airport (SLU) and 90 minutes drive from Hewannorra International Airport (UVF). American eagle,B.W.I.A.,L.I.A.T. into SLU and other airlines come into the international airport. We also provide pickup and drop off service at both airports.

• What about flights/airline tickets?

  We are affiliated with travel agents who offer only guest staying at Gateway Villas a 20% - 30% discount on airfare. Once you have reserved your unit,ask how can we assist you with discounted airfare.
